I’ve been reading conflicting information about the legality of consumption in hotels in Nevada. Originally I thought it was going to be against the law everywhere except for private residences.
Lately it appears that’s not true, but it’s up to the individual hotel, and the vast majority of hotels won’t allow it officially, especially the casino hotels, who don’t want to touch it with a 10 foot pole.
If you’re in a hotel that doesn’t allow it and they catch you, the only consequences are that they could kick you out of the hotel, right? The police wouldn’t arrest you? Would the hotel put you on a blacklist so that you couldn’t stay at other locations of that chain?
